I love making things, and when I do, it gets pretty messy! I feel the most inspired when I'm creating lots of different things - from making quilts, to cutting things out of paper, sketching and lettering, to doing design work on the computer. I love the excitement of new ideas, creative problem solving to find the best solution and then making them come to life.

I was born and raised in Iowa, graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design from Iowa State University, and spent 11 years working at Hallmark Cards in Kansas City. I currently live in Colorado with my husband and two kids where I enjoy designing and creating in my home studio.
